For a better experience, while using our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information. The information that we request is retained on your device and is not collected by us in any way.
The app does use third party services that may collect information used to identify you.
We automatically receive anonymous user statistics about your interactions with our Services, like the pages or other content you view, the dates and times of your interactions, how often you use our Services or where you downloaded the application from. The data is collected using Google Analytics for Firebase and Branch. The data collected cannot be used to identify individual users, and is used to gather statistics on how the platform and app is used in order to obtain feedback on how to improve the app. Google may use the data collected to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network. Users can opt-out of mobile analytics by disabling Ad Tracking on their device. See the Google Analytics for Firebase terms for more information.
We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through Google Firebase) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilising our Service, IP address, unique device identifiers, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
We may display personal reviews and/or testimonials of satisfied customers received through the App Store reviews, Google Play, Twitter, Instagram, or the Infinite Flight Community on any of our communication channels. If you wish to update or delete your review and/or testimonial, please contact us at [email protected].
We take measures to delete your Personal Information or keep it in a form that does not permit identifying you when this information is no longer necessary for the purposes for which we process it, unless we are required by law to keep this information for a longer period or to, or such information is necessary to resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. When determining the retention period, we take into account various criteria, such as the type of products and services requested by or provided to you, the nature and length of our relationship with you, possible re-enrolment with our products or services, the impact on the services we provide if we delete some information from or about you, mandatory retention periods provided by law and the statute of limitations.
We take appropriate and reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect Personal Information from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction, taking into account the risks involved in the processing and the nature of the Personal Information. If you have any questions about the security of your Personal Information, you may contact us at [email protected].
Breaches are to be reported within 72 hours to the local authorities by IF Checklists, reporting what data has been lost, what the consequences are and the countermeasures taken. If the data was unencrypted, the data subject (user) must be informed.
We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms and Conditions.
You have the right to ask us for a copy of your personal data; to correct, delete or restrict processing of your personal data; and to obtain the personal data you have provided to us in a structured, machine readable format. In addition, you can object to the processing of your personal data in some circumstances (in particular, where we don’t have to process the data to meet a contractual or other legal requirement). Where we have asked for your consent, you may withdraw consent at any time. If you ask to withdraw your consent to IF Checklists processing your data, this will not affect any processing which has already taken place at that time.
These rights may be limited, for example if fulfilling your request would reveal personal data about another person, or if you ask us to delete information which we are required by law or have compelling legitimate interests to keep. If you have unresolved concerns, you have the right to complain to a data protection authority. All opt-out requests can be made by using our GDPR form.
